1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aq77 ("aq77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aq77 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aq77 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the aq77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. aq77 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aq77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the aq77 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

aq77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the aq77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. aq77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify aq77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. aq77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

aq77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are generally credited to your aq77 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aq77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. aq77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. aq77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

aq77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the aq77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

aq77 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in certified studios. aq77 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return to player (RTP) for any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aq77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. aq77's decision in such matters is final.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or aq77 staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aq77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of aq77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the aq77 Platform without prior written consent from aq77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aq77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aq77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. aq77's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

aq77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary in aq77's sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or inactivity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aq77 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

13. Changes to Terms

aq77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
